Job summary

Provincial Oral Surgery is seeking a friendly, motivated Registered Dental Assistant to join a growing surgical team in Regina. You will assist with a wide range of oral surgery procedures and help patients feel comfortable throughout their journey.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, strong communication, and teamwork within a specialized surgical environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Assistant with current certification.
• Passion for patient care and surgical assisting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Works well as part of a close-knit surgical team.
• Maintains a calm, positive, and reassuring presence with patients.
• Eager to learn and grow in the field of oral surgery.
• Previous dental or surgical assisting experience is an asset, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the oral surgery team during procedures including extractions, implants, bone grafts, and biopsies.
• Support patients through the surgical journey to help them feel safe and comfortable.
• Maintain sterile field, prepare instruments, and manage supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.

Registered Dental Assistant | Oral Surgery
Provincial Oral Surgery is looking for a friendly, motivated, and patient-focused RDA to join our growing surgical team!

Working in oral surgery is different from a traditional dental office. Our team supports patients through a wide range of surgical procedures, from extractions, wisdom teeth removal, biopsies to dental implants, bone grafts and orthognathic surgeries. We’re looking for someone who is confident, compassionate, and genuinely enjoys helping patients feel comfortable throughout their surgical experience.
