Requirements for this Role
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in M&E or Project Sales preferred.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proficient in English communication (both written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Possession of a Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple project timelines.
- Singaporean applicants will have added advantage.
Job Description
- Project Coordination: Work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to execute M&E projects from tender to completion.
- Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and present solutions to potential clients.
- Technical Support: Provide technical advice, prepare quotations, and assist in product/system selection.
- Tender & Documentation: Prepare tender submissions, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Site Supervision: Oversee installation and testing activities to ensure project requirements and safety standards are met.
- Client Servicing: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support.
