Job Description :
  • Work Schedule : Monday to Friday - 2PM to 10.30PM
  • Work Location : 7207, Henri Bourassa West, St-Laurent
  • Salary : $16.50 per hour + ($0.75)Shift Premium after 6pm
Duties and Responsibilities :
  • Data entry of all shipment details into in-house database
  • Create of House Bills & Master Bills
  • Coordinate and track shipments including booking, picking and delivery of goods, tracking transportation, documentation, insurance and accounting.
  • Advise customers on air and road transport procedures, international regulations.
  • Obtain and produce all relevant information (overseas, consulates, government agencies, etc.).
  • Organize transportation and documentation with carriers.
  • Produce accurate information and documentation on time.
  • Up to and including compliance measures set forth by CBSA and Transport Canada
  • Ensure all files are closed within the time frame established by the company
  • General Administrative tasks
Job key success factors :
  • Number of transactions and profit per transaction, accurate and timely data entry and information processing, accurate and timely costing and billing for closing of files, and full compliance of all department processes and requirements to improve clients’ satisfaction.
Job requirements
  • High school diploma
  • Bilingualism (French and English)
  • Knowledge of air freight operations consider an asset
