The role of Mobile guard is highly rewarding in terms of valuable knowledgeable, experience and career growth opportunities within the organization. Mobile guards also explore the opportunity to work independently and work in a dynamic environment. In addition, Mobile Guards earn competitive pay in the security industry (depending on exp. and other factors).

Qualifications

Job Requirements :

  • Valid Alberta Security License (required).
  • Valid Class 5 Full Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract (required).
  • Preferably six months of mobile security guard experience.
  • Strong command of the English language (verbal and written).
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with prior experience considered a strong asset.
  • A professional approach to security, demonstrating discipline, honesty, and ethics.
  • Ability to follow procedures and set routines effectively.
  • CPR certification is an asset.
  • Flexible availability, including days and nights.
Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities including but not limited to :

  • Conduct mobile as well as foot patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Utilize certain online applications and forms to submit patrol reports accurately.
  • Ensure that site-specific operational procedures are followed.
  • Complete assigned tasks in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Ensure accurate and timely incident reporting.
  • Communicate regularly with the Operations regarding security updates.
  • Exercise good judgment and make critical decisions that benefit customers and property.
  • Act as a key member of the security team and contribute to customer success.

Position type : Full-time

Schedule : Day Shift / Night Shift

Payrate : $20 - $21
