We are looking to hire a Full-time Medical Office Assistant to work at our Vancouver Clinics. The ideal candidate should have flexibility to work weekdays. This position is to support OBGYN physicians.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • scheduling and coordinating appointments for patients
  • accurately billing and collecting payment for services
  • providing quality customer service
  • helping providers with referrals and specialist's pathways
  • answering telephone, office email, and messages from doctors
  • ensuring exam rooms are kept stocked, clean and neat
  • sending and receiving faxes
