Responsibilities

• Read the moment a guest is in, and meet them there — whether that means quiet space or genuine celebration.
• Build real relationships with guests and our community, and capture guest information for long-term connections.
• Own your numbers: work toward daily sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Learn our pieces, materials, and the stories behind them to match the right piece to the right story.
• Execute merchandising flips and maintain a space — cases, floor, glass, and the jewelry itself.
• Communicate bluboho's mission and vision to guests and teammates.
• Attend training and development sessions, treating feedback as fuel.
• Keep an eye on the floor — asset protection matters, always.
• Show up for full shifts, opening or closing as scheduled
