We are currently looking for qualified caregivers who want to provide clients with companionship, personal care services, social interaction, meal preparation, shopping, errands, light housekeeping, and transportation.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Complete and successfully pass a criminal history background check as defined by the IDAPA rules governed by Medicaid
• Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and write in English
• Be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
• Stand, bend, twist, lift, as a part of your duties to perform activities of daily living with our clients
• Treat all clients with dignity and respect
• Fully respect and execute all Client Rights as outlined on their Rights Statement
• Be able to read a plan of care and clearly note your daily activities
• Communicate respectfully, timely, and effectively with your direct supervisor
• Protect your clients from Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation
• Be prompt and on time to all assignments
• Communicate client changes in condition to your direct supervisor once identified
• Respect boundaries and recognize personal relationship boundaries with your client(s)
• Follow your designated schedule and call our office with all changes
• Able to bathe, assist with toileting, hygiene, and complete personal cares for another person
