Job summary

Brightshores Health System in Ontario’s Georgian Bay area is seeking a full-time General Radiologist to join a collegial team of new graduates, experienced radiologists, subspecialists, and semi-retired colleagues. The role offers broad exposure to CT, MRI, Interventional Radiology, Ultrasound, Breast Imaging, and General Radiology, with many rotations performed remotely to support flexibility and work-life balance.

Fellowship training is welcomed but not required.

Qualifications

• Eligible for independent licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).
• Certified or eligible for certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Eligible for medical staff privileges at Brightshores Health System.
• Fellowship training welcomed but not required.
• New graduates and experienced radiologists are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Interpret a variety of diagnostic imaging studies, including X-ray, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, and Mammography.
• Participate in a comprehensive general radiology practice, including image-guided procedures and Interventional Radiology.
• Collaborate with radiology colleagues, technologists, and referring physicians to provide high-quality patient care.
• Contribute to a supportive, team-based environment committed to excellent service across the Grey Bruce region.
• Participate in on-site and remote reporting rotations as scheduled.
