Qualifications

• Early Childhood Education Level 3 Certificate is required.
• Current Intermediate First Aid and CPR Level C certifications are required.
• Evidence of an acceptable Police Information Check and Child Intervention Check.
• Three professional references are required.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify the YMCA of Lethbridge Core Values of caring, honesty, inclusiveness, respect and responsibility.
• Contribute to program design and documentation for child care activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging program space and supervise activities.
• Communicate developmental milestones and updates to guardians.
