UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a driver to deliver and pick up packages to residential and commercial properties in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The role involves a physical, fast-paced environment with lifting and safe driving practices to ensure reliable service and customer satisfaction.

You will learn UPS safe driving methods, maintain vehicle appearance, and meet local licensing and age requirements while working five days a week, Monday to Friday. Starting pay is $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Complies with UPS appearance guidelines
• Excellent customer contact and driving skills
• Meets local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s license (or Canadian Equivalent)
• Clean 5-year Commercial Driver’s Abstract
• Availability to work 5 days per week

Job Description

Job Summary

This position delivers and picks up packages to and from residential and/or commercial properties. They perform in a physical, fast-paced environment involving driving, continual lifting, lowering, and carrying packages. The driver practices safe transportation methods while traveling to and from destinations. This position ensures the best customer service through efficiency and dedication.

Responsibilities

• Learns and properly executes UPS safe driving methods.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Complies with UPS appearance guidelines
• Excellent customer contact and driving skills
• Meets local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle
• Must have valid Class 5 Driver’s license (or Canadian Equivalent)
• Clean 5-year Commercial Driver’s Abstract. You must provide a copy of the abstract in order to be considered for an interview.
• Availability to work 5 days per week

Please note that shifts will be Monday to Friday.

Pay Rate: starting at $20/hr
