Save-On-Foods in Canmore, AB is hiring a Full-Time Deli Clerk to join our team. You will be responsible for serving customers, operating a cash register, and maintaining deli display standards.

The ideal candidate has a passion for great food and a commitment to excellent customer service, with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude. Team-oriented, energetic, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment is expected.

Qualifications

• A passion for great food and providing outstanding customer service.
• A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
• Integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to Go the Extra Mile.
• Retail customer service experience (considered an asset).

Responsibilities

• Going the Extra Mile for our customers and fellow team members
• Operating a cash register and bagging groceries
• Sharing product knowledge with customers
• Ensuring the department is well stocked and presented
• Ensuring only the freshest products are displayed
• Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience
• Cleaning equipment and work area to ensure a safe, and sanitary work environment
• Using a variety of equipment, including knives

Must have open full-time availability.

You will be responsible for:
