The Job

As a Crew Member, you’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Every day brings something new, and you’ll work closely with a team that supports each other and takes pride in what they do.

• Greeting guests, taking orders, and processing payments quickly and accurately
• Preparing food and beverages to McDonald’s quality standards
• Communicating effectively with team members and managers
• Using smart retailing skills, such as upselling and suggesting add‑ons, to enhance the guest experience
• Assembling and managing dine‑in, take‑out, and delivery orders
• Working flexible, rotating hours – days, nights, afternoons, and weekends
