• Assemble and prepare food items including sandwiches, wraps, baked goods, and soups.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front counter, beverage station, and guest areas.
• Restock food, beverage, and paper supplies.
• Package food and beverages for take-out orders.
• Ensure accuracy and speed in order preparation and delivery.
• Follow Tim Hortons brand standards for food safety, customer service, and product quality.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet service times and shift goals.
• Receive and put away product deliveries following FIFO standards and safety protocols.
