Job summary

Giant Tiger in Val D'Or, QC is hiring a Cashier (Full-Time) to provide friendly service at the register, stock area and ensure checkout accuracy. The role involves handling transactions, replenishing merchandise, and following health and safety guidelines.

You will work a 35–40 hour schedule with days and evenings and alternating weekends, with compensation and benefits described in store policy.

Responsibilities

• Ensures a high level of customer service at the checkouts.
• Accurately records customer transactions in electronic cash register, mainline and SCOs.
• Replenish merchandise around the checkout area.
• Ensuring health and safety policies and guidelines are followed.
• Ensuring the checkout work area is kept clean and organized.
• Ensuring Loss prevention best practices are followed.
