Job summary

A hospitality company in Ottawa is seeking a Busser/Restaurant Attendant for Le Petit Chef's dining experience.   • Complete cleaning duties and other restaurant duties as assigned.

Concord Hospitality is seeking a positive and service-oriented Busser/Restaurant Attendant for Le Petit Chef's immersive dining experience. This role requires flexibility to work evenings in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:
  • Ensure restaurant is properly set and well-stocked for Le Petit Chef dinner operations prior to opening
  • Be knowledgeable of menu, hotel, and Le Petit Chef dining experience
  • Welcome guests & provide polished top-notch service
  • Interact with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their experience
  • Ensure tables are cleared, bussed, and turned over in a timely fashion to always maintain clean and professional image of the hotel and minimize wait times for guests to be seated
  • Collaborate with Servers & Kitchen Team to ensure efficiency of operations and guest satisfaction
  • Tidy & reset restaurant between each course
  • Assist with opening and closing tasks
  • Complete cleaning duties
  • Complete other restaurant duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Friendly and outgoing personality

  • Flexible schedule, able to work any days of the week, including weekends and holidays
