Qualifications
- Prior experience leading a DevOps team
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in:
- Java, Spring Boot, SQL, Stored Procedures
- Angular or React JS or other JavaScript front-end technologies
- Microservices coding, development, deployment
- Understanding and experience with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins, version control tools such as TFS, GIT
- Proficiency in either OpenShift or Kubernetes
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and transactions
Responsibilities
- This is a DevOps based project. Resource will play the hands-on lead role on DevOps + Production support engagement.
- Work directly with the customer on support and development engagements. Collaborate with dependent systems’ owners for impact analysis. Coordinate with offshore.
- Contribute to architectural / design level activities
- Work on user stories and provide on-call support on a rotation basis
- Deploy CI/CD pipelines
- Take ownership of issues and process improvements
