You'll get to rapidly prototype solutions to complex problems, and you'll lean on modern AI‑powered development tools to help you move faster without sacrificing quality or security. Beyond your own code, you'll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, designers, and analysts to shape outstanding customer experiences, and you'll have a voice in the broader architecture and technical roadmap, helping balance short‑term delivery against long‑term scalability. You'll also contribute to code reviews, sprint rituals, hiring, and mentoring as part of a tight‑knit team.

The company recently opened a Vancouver office located in Metrotown, offering a collaborative hybrid work environment with three days per week in office.

You:

• 4+ years of software development experience with strong computer science, web, and native app fundamentals, along with solid knowledge of design patterns
• 2+ years of React or React Native development experience
• Professional experience with at least one of the following: TypeScript, JavaScript, Kotlin, Java, or Go
• Working knowledge of basic architecture, systems design, and agile practices

Compensation:

This role pays between $65-85 per hour.
