We’re hiring on behalf of a leading global financial institution for a Full Stack Developer to join their Risk & Information Management team in Montreal.

You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary agile team responsible for developing and maintaining a suite of applications supporting Non-Financial Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex software systems and applications with high standards for quality and innovation
• Leverage Generative AI tools and coding assistants to boost development velocity and solution quality
• Deliver solutions that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements
• Drive technical excellence through code reviews and design discussions

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and adapt to evolving regulatory and business requirements

What We're Looking For:

• 7-15 years of development experience, with proven ability to write clean, optimized, efficient code
• Strong background in Core Java, Java EE, Spring/SpringBoot, Web Services, and relational databases
• Front-End development experience (Angular, React, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (Copilot, Agent mode, Skills, etc.) for development, automation, or reporting
• Demonstrated experience designing complex, large-scale distributed systems and microservices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives

Nice to Have:
