Under the general direction of the Manager, Salesforce Services Team, or their designate, you will be part of a dynamic, collaborative and innovative team focused on delivering transformational technology solutions to the University. Through your efforts in this position, you will directly help improve the University’s administrative management and student systems. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, documenting, and implementing technical solutions to support feature enhancements and projects related to Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Education Cloud and Salesforce products associated with product outcomes. You will achieve these outcomes using configuration, object‑oriented programming for front and back end solutions, Lightning Components / Lightning Web Components Framework, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML and CSS, SOAP/REST APIs, Flows, Process Builder and related Salesforce development features. You will contribute to Salesforce technical governance, including DevOps practices on the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with the technical and business stakeholders to ensure that development within the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business, while identifying technical design risks and providing feasibility assessments.
