• Solid hands‑on experience in React, Node.js, Express, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and writing front end tests.
• Experience in designing solid React components with Redux that is reusable, efficient, and easy to maintain.
• Knowledge of React server‑side rendering.
• Solid CSS experience in building user interfaces with scalability and mobile responsiveness in mind.
• Experience in building digital products with accessibility in mind and conducting accessibility testing throughout the design and development processes.
• Familiarity with agile and DevOps principles, test‑driven development, continuous integration, and other approaches to accelerate the delivery of new features.
• Experience working communicating with clients and stakeholders while being empathetic to their needs.
• Good verbal and written communication, effectively articulates technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes.
• Experience developing front‑end applications in compliance with accessibility standards and guidelines such as WCAG 2.1.
