DCS Technologies Inc. seeks a Lead Developer to design and develop the next generation of our .NET-based products in a Microsoft Windows environment. You will lead a development team, architect systems, and deliver robust software solutions from scratch.

The role is full-time and on-site in Surrey, Canada, with opportunities for career growth and a strong emphasis on code quality and timely delivery. Salary ranges are competitive for the region and experience level.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years as a C#, VB.Net Developer in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Experience building a new application from scratch.
• Strong .NET and some database skills.
• Commitment to quality and able to perform under pressure.
• Ability to work well leading a team.
