Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications across the full stack, ensuring robust functionality and an engaging user interface.
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Implement RESTful APIs and manage database schemas to optimize application performance.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Perform testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and stability of applications.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in full stack development with a strong proficiency in frontend and backend technologies.
  • Proficiency in frontend languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience with backend technologies like Node.js, Python, or Ruby and familiarity with web frameworks (e.g., Express, Django).
  • Solid understanding of database management systems, including SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, like Git, for collaboration and code management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
