On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Full stack Developer for a 2-month role. This position is a remote position based in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Full stack Developer - Job Description

The project involves making enhancements to the system that handles contractor declarations for permissions. These enhancements will be built on the same full-stack architecture currently used for many of Technical Safety BC's other production systems.

Full stack Developer - Responsibilities
  • Understand current technical ecosystem including integration with internal and 3rd party systems
  • Design and build software features to enforce business rules
  • Provide knowledge transfer and training to support employee development resources
Full stack Developer - Mandatory Skills
  • Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
  • Commitment to agile software development methodologies including pair-programming, continuous integration, and continuous delivery
  • Ability to comprehend existing code base and provide software design guidance to enhance application capabilities
  • Expertise in creating applications using technologies such as C#, ASP.NET Web API (REST), advanced SQL scripting
  • Experience using Python (Django / Flask), PHP, JavaScript frameworks (Angular / React / Vue.js), CSS, HTML
  • Experience with data modeling, scripting, data mapping
