Burly Boyz Moving & Storage is seeking a Swamper – Moving & Storage Crew to join our team in Toronto. You will work alongside the Driver/Team Leader, delivering brand standards on every job and combining manual labor with customer service to ensure a smooth move.

Ideal candidates are punctual, flexible, proficient in English, and able to lift heavy items. The role emphasizes safety, client experience, and teamwork within our employee-first culture.

Qualifications

• Must arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.
• Be flexible with hours and days.
• Proficient in English (additional languages are an asset).
• Experience in moving is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, transport, and unload items with minimal damage.
• Advise clients on best practices for moving, e.g., bubble wrap and boxing fragile items.
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle (cab and box).
• Return floor runners, tools, and materials properly after use.
• Follow driver/Team Leader instructions and brand policies.
• Provide materials to support safe transport and track inventory.
