Qualifications

• 2 years FedEx sort operations or senior level hourly role experience OR 2 years supervisory experience in related industry.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and to maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and act as a knowledge resource to other employees.
• Ability to inspire a shared vision and empower and motivate a team.
