Schedule: Days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays

About the Role

Mahone Bay Pharmasave is currently seeking an engaging and highly motivated Front Store Manager to join our dynamic team. This full‑time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer‑focused environment, enjoys a variety of tasks, and is looking to grow their skills in a supportive, team‑oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring smooth operations and high customer service standards
  • Areas of focus for this role will include employee engagement and business growth
  • Provide a positive customer experience
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
  • Address customer and staff concerns in a professional, solutions‑oriented manner
  • Assist with cash handling and cashier duties when necessary
  • Support in merchandising displays, stock rotation, and inventory checks
  • Take initiative to resolve issues and improve store efficiency
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experienced in retail management and not afraid to use innovative methods
  • Friendly, approachable, and has a strong customer‑service background
  • An excellent communicator and team mentor
  • Organized and detail‑focused, especially when handling cash or stock
  • Able to take initiative and work independently when needed
  • Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Comfortable multitasking in a busy retail environment
  • Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and use stairs as needed
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Previous retail or merchandising experience is an asset, but not required.
