Job summary

Boston Pizza is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to assist the General Manager with daily operations and lead the FOH team to deliver an excellent Guest experience from start to finish.

You will support training, development, and performance management, champion Foundations of Hospitality, and uphold brand standards and food safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-of-house teams in a restaurant environment.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with time-management skills.
• Commitment to hospitality foundations, brand standards and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the FOH team to coach in the moment.
• Develop, train, and manage FOH staff performance and growth opportunities.
• Ensure guest experiences align with Boston Pizza standards and food safety practices.
• Collaborate with the AGM and FOH Manager to support development opportunities for the team.
• Maintain a positive, fast-paced work environment and foster teamwork.

Front of House (FOH) Supervisor

A Front of House Supervisor at Canada's leading casual dining restaurant, Boston Pizza, assists the General Manager with the Restaurant's daily operations. This includes supporting the training, development, and performance management of the Front of House team members. The Front of House Supervisor supports the team to ensure that our most important people, our Guests, and team members, have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish. They also demonstrate outstanding leadership abilities, believe in championing a fun and safe work environment, and contribute to thriving workplace culture.
