Our client, a well-established professional services organisation based in the heart of the City Centre, is seeking an additional team member to join their welcoming front of house function.

This is a key role within the business, providing essential administrative support while being the first point of contact for clients visiting the office or calling in.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering a professional and friendly front-of-house experience
  • Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
  • Handling enquiries from new and existing clients
  • Providing general administrative support across the business
  • Photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
  • Scheduling appointments and booking meeting rooms
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous reception or front-of-house experience within a professional services environment although consideration given to those from other sectors.
  • Strong understanding of administrative processes and procedures
