What You'll Do:

  • Lead and inspire our front of house team (servers, hosts/hostesses, bartenders) to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee daily operations of the dining room and bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage guest interactions, resolve any concerns, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with training, coaching, and scheduling front of house staff.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
  • Monitor and manage inventory related to front of house operations.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen management team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Contribute to achieving restaurant sales and profitability goals.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in a front of house supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating positive guest experiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
  • Pro Serve and Food Safe certification (or willingness to obtain).
