Required Experience
  • Minimum 2 years managing in the service industry

  • Comparable sales volume
  • Experience in managing a team of up to 50 staff

  • Responsible for front of house restaurant operations including but not limited to :
  • Handling guest concerns
  • Cost controls
  • Hiring and training of FOH staff
  • Motivating staff incentive programs
  • Legislative compliance
  • General cleanliness
  • General operations ensuring systems and standards compliance
  • Required to be available for all shifts required opening, closing, mid shifts, weekends
  • Legislative certifications preferred SmartServ, First Aid, Health & Safety, Food Handling
  • Following all Shoeless Joes policies and procedures consistently
