Front of House (FOH) Manager

Job Description

“We are seeking a dynamic restaurant manager to lead our team, and to ensure a positive dining experience for both our guest and team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing all aspects of daily operation management
  • Managing staff, hiring, training, scheduling and performance management
  • Quality control, inventory management, ordering supplies and building relationship with suppliers.
  • Financial management (Driving revenue, forecasting labour/inventory)
  • Implementation staff incentives and standards
  • Customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving customer complaints and building positive relationships
  • Accomplishes restaurant and bar human resource objectives by, recruiting, scheduling, training, coaching and counselling

These tasks must be preformed and met by Boston Pizza standards of quality & control

Salary;

60-80K depending on experience. Includes a bonus structure which is paid out semi annually
