Front of House (FOH) Manager
Job Description
“We are seeking a dynamic restaurant manager to lead our team, and to ensure a positive dining experience for both our guest and team.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing all aspects of daily operation management
- Managing staff, hiring, training, scheduling and performance management
- Quality control, inventory management, ordering supplies and building relationship with suppliers.
- Financial management (Driving revenue, forecasting labour/inventory)
- Implementation staff incentives and standards
- Customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving customer complaints and building positive relationships
- Accomplishes restaurant and bar human resource objectives by, recruiting, scheduling, training, coaching and counselling
These tasks must be preformed and met by Boston Pizza standards of quality & control

Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications;
- 3 + years of working in the restaurant industry; previous management experience would be an asset.

Salary & Benefits
Salary;
60-80K depending on experience. Includes a bonus structure which is paid out semi annually
Benefits include, management discounts, health insurance and tip outs
3 months probation Period
MinCAD $60,000.00/Yr. MaxCAD $80,000.00/Hr.
