A leading pulp production facility in Canada is seeking a Front Line Leader for the Fiberline. This role involves ensuring safe and efficient operations while leading a high-performance team. Candidates should possess a high school diploma, preferably with a bachelor’s degree, and experience in the pulp/paper industry is advantageous. The position offers a competitive salary range and a supportive work environment.
Pay Rate : $90000 - $120000
PL12
Multiple factors including individual experience, skills, and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Front Line Leader – Fiberline at the Grande Prairie Mill will be responsible for safely and efficiently utilizing operations, maintenance, and support resources to maximize the performance of the wood processing, pulping, and bleaching areas. The leader is also responsible for product quality, schedule adherence, safety training, staffing engagement, and overall shift performance.
This position follows a compressed work week. Position level depends upon experience and qualifications.
This position reports to the Fiberline Team in Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada. The Grande Prairie mill is a 1000 ton per day northern bleached softwood kraft pulp that currently operates with approximately 385 employees in a high‑performance, results‑oriented environment.
Note : Some overtime is required.
