Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore is seeking Store Team Members to help provide a positive in-store shopping experience. You will stock shelves, support customers, and assist with inventory, promotions, and safety standards. Training is provided, enabling success with no prior experience.

Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends is required, and you may lift up to 50 lbs. This is a unionized position with wages starting at CAD 17.95–18.45 per hour.

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards
