Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a Customer Service Associate at 500 EARL GREY DR, KANATA, ON K2T 1B6. You will greet customers, process transactions, including EAS merchandise deactivation, and assist with bagging and loading while upholding safety and cash-handling protocols.

You will promote sponsor programs such as credit card services and product protection, educate customers on self-checkout options, and refer complex requests to a Customer Service Manager or Front End Team Lead.
