Job summary

Walmart Canada in Calgary is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, process purchases, and support self-checkout. You will promote services, assist with bagging and loading, and maintain safety and cash handling integrity on the sales floor.

Based at 9650 MacLeod Trail SE, MacLeod Mall, AB, the role offers an opportunity to contribute to a positive shopping experience and customer loyalty. Must be 16 or older with reliable, friendly service.

• Refer complex service items to a Customer Service Manager or Front End Team Lead.
• Educate customers on correct use of self-checkout options.
