Qualifications

• Age – 16 or older.
• Minimum pay starts from $18.10 per hour.
• Provides exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a polite and friendly manner.
• Processes all purchase transactions promptly, including deactivation under the EAS Program.
• Promotes sponsor programs such as credit card service, product protection and charity initiatives.
• Assists customers with bagging and loading of merchandise.
• Ensures safe work practices and keeps work area clean.
• Maintains register security with diligent cash handling and policy adherence.
• Refers appropriate service items to a Customer Service Manager or Front End Team Lead.
• Educates and supports customers on the correct and efficient use of self-checkout options.
