You will impact front-end operations by handling transactions, maintaining a cash drawer, assisting with lottery sales and bottle returns, while supporting the training of junior staff and upholding company standards in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service processing transactions to meet customer needs
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer following company policies and procedures
• Operate Customer Service Desk following all procedures for lottery sales, refunds and bottle returns
• Maintain Front End Department merchandise
• Participate in the training of junior staff
• Adhere to, and implement all applicable company standards
• Support additional departments and functions with other duties as required
