Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• SwitchboardOperator: Manage a multi-line switchboard, routing calls and providing information to visitors.
• Administration: Assist with word processing, data entry and basic clerical tasks; file and mail handling.
• FilingClerk: Organize invoices and documents; maintain cash receipt records.
• FrontDesk Coordinator: Greet and direct all visitors, vendors, clients and customers at the main desk.
• Maintain reception desk appearance and organize documents and files.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by management.
