Qualifications

  • Computer literacy required.
  • Experience in hotel front desk supervision preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed.
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the role.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and register guests, checking guests out of the hotel.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service is delivered.
  • Working with the Front Office Manager on various tasks.
  • Provide leadership and support to the front desk team.
