Responsibilities
  • At our reception desk, you will take phone calls, emails and set up appointments.
  • Using your strong computer skills, you will keep accurate records for our team, letting them know services are scheduled.
  • Throughout the day, you will also help maintain and prepare facilities and rooms for our clients, including laundry, washrooms, and stocking supplies.
  • In terms of sales, you will ring up clients on their way out and advise them about the great packages and extras we offer.
Qualifications
  • Experience in the spa / salon, health / wellness industry or retail / hospitality field, accompanied with a proven background in business, teamwork and sales.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, spreadsheets, word processing, email and scheduling.
  • High school or equivalent.
