Lifemark Sport Medicine - Genesis Place in Airdrie, Alberta is hiring a Front Desk Care Coordinator for a part-time position. You will manage calls, greet patients, handle intake, and support clinical staff in a fast-paced health-care setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Medical Office Administration is an asset.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills.
• Proficient in computer systems, including Microsoft Office; EMR/Case Management experience an asset.
• Flexible, adaptable, and responsive to changing priorities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a physiotherapy or multidisciplinary healthcare clinic is considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional front-desk experience by managing calls, greeting patients, and addressing inquiries.
• Coordinate accurate patient intake and maintain up-to-date records throughout treatment.
• Assist patients with completing documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records efficiently.
• Collect payments at time of service and submit insurance claims to third-party funders.
• Perform data entry and billing in accordance with clinic procedures.
• Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including mail, courier, and fax.
• Provide administrative support to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director.
