Job Description
  • Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile to create a friendly entrance.
  • Provide security and control at the front door area.
  • Register all guests into the gym using proper registration procedures.
  • Ensure that guests and appointments are directed to the appropriate staff or department promptly and professionally.
  • Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
  • Distribute keys, towels, and other materials as needed.
  • Process retail and concession sales.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication skills with staff and members.
  • Ability to multitask and handle cashier responsibilities.
  • Basic cash processing knowledge.
