At Jasper Inn & Suites, our Guest Service Team wears most of the hats of a traditional hotel - from reservations specialist to activities director; we do it all.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for the Check in and Departure of hotel guests;Answer the hotel phone, both internal and external calls;Be an expert on local and onsite services and be able to provide information about them;Use accurate accounting and cash handling procedures;Respond promptly and appropriately to guest requests;Communicate very effectively with all other departments within the hotel;Maintain an accurate inventory of rooms, reservations, and room assignments;Manage reservations made by phone, email and through OTA's;Represent the culture of Copper Point Resort and build repeat guests;Perform other related duties as required by management;QUALIFICATIONS:You are a team player who is excited to create a great experience for the guests Copper Point Resort!
