Overview
Starting Rate of Pay: $20.22/hr CAD. As a Guest Services Agent with Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, you have the opportunity to provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests. This role supports the hotel by:
- Welcome, check-in and check-out guests
- Promptly and pleasantly handle phone calls and guest messages
- Efficiently handle all guest queries and requests
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
- Maintain Company issued float and ensure accurate balance postings for each shift
- Ensure that the Front Desk is appropriately supplied and stocked at all times
Qualifications
- Related work experience in the hospitality/Front office asset
- Customer service experience required
- Previous Property Manager experience asset
- Microsoft applications experience required
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
Additional Information
- Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
