Job summary

Starwood Hotels in Mayfair, Saskatchewan, is looking for a Front Office Agent who will provide exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has a passion for customer service, with at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of similar work experience in hotel operations or guest service.

About You

• Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus.
• Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hard worker, multi‑tasker and detail oriented. Typical work hours range from 7 am‑11 pm, however there is a requirement to work night shifts on a rotating basis amongst the entire team when covering holidays.
