Job summary

Responsibilities

• Trains and guides utility staff on duties and safety.
• Ensures guest satisfaction by cleaning and sanitizing dishes and utensils.
• Maintains dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, storerooms, refrigerators.
• Reports equipment issues to management.
• Performs light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude toward guests and colleagues.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies including food safety.
