Overview

As a Route Sales Representative at Frito Lay Canada, you will develop and sustain a growing snack foods business for assigned group of retail customers, including grocery, gas and convenience stores, while servicing customers through delivery and merchandising.

Compensation

$60,000

Responsibilities
  • Executing hands‑on activities: manage product placement on shelves, increase shelf facings and racks, handle carton returns, inventory movement and clean shelving and racks
  • Identify changing customer needs through constant review of highest‑selling products
  • Develop all assigned accounts relative to sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation and customer service objectives
  • Sell and execute national and local promotions, solicit placement of incremental marketing equipment, displays, racks and sell product inventory for customer volume demands
  • Manage inventory to ensure balanced accounts and fresh products for customers
Hours & Shifts

40 hours per week. Varying shifts – must have full‑time availability including weekends.

Qualifications
  • Valid full G or Class 5 driver’s license and a clear/clean driving record
  • Reliable access to a car and a clear/clean driving record
  • Scheduling flexibility – work schedule can vary (weekends/holidays included)
  • Previous sales experience with a consumer‑packaged goods or retail organization preferred
  • Outstanding organizational skills (able to handle multiple priorities, problem solve, meet targets)
