Job summary

Winners in Pembroke, part of TJX Canada, is seeking friendly Retail Associates to join a welcoming team. You’ll greet customers, assist with needs, and contribute to a positive shopping experience across our store environment, fitting rooms, and backroom operations.

We offer training for all levels, opportunities for growth, and an inclusive, collaborative culture with employee support programs. Candidates must be 18+ and able to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• No experience? We’ll provide all the training you need.
• Candidates aged 18+ will be required to undergo a criminal record check.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers and assisting with their needs.
• Perform cashier duties, fitting room assistance, backroom support and keep the store clean and inviting.
• Participate in learning and development programs to grow your skills and knowledge.
