A leading educational provider is seeking a passionate French Teacher/Tutor to support students in Sherbrooke. The role is part-time, requiring a commitment to evenings and potential Saturdays. Candidates must have strong French and English skills and experience working with students across various grades. Oxford Learning Sherwood Park has an opening for an upbeat passionate committed enthusiastic and dynamic French teacher who seeks work in a rewarding teaching environment. Our French Programs offer individual support to students looking to improve their academic skills and study habits.
Candidate must possess a strong passion for seeing students succeed and must be comfortable teaching students ranging in age from Kindergarten to Grade 12 in French.
Tutor‑teachers at Oxford Learning do not have to lesson plan before class as all lessons are pre‑planned. Applicants will be fully trained in our proprietary philosophy and methods.
All Teacher‑Tutors at Oxford Learning work during after‑school and evening hours (3:00 pm–7:00 pm) as well as some Saturdays (10:00 am–3:00 pm). A commitment until the end of the term June is preferred. Continuing through the summer is even better. Your students will love working with you and being reliable is a must.
Candidates must possess a strong background in spoken and written French and English and be comfortable teaching up to a Grade 9 level but up to Grade 12 is preferred. The candidate is required to instruct class sessions in French.
This role is in‑person. You must be able to commute to this location. This is not an online position. Vulnerable sector screening is mandatory.
