• Practicum reports for teacher evaluations and/or teacher performance appraisals.
• Resume and Cover Letter addressed to the Sr. Manager of Recruitment, Human Resources.
• Two (2) Associate/Host Teacher references or an alternate reference source (such as a Principal).
